TERMS & CONDITIONS.
1. All payments are to be made within 48 hours upon confirmation.
2. Receipt for ATM transfer must be retained for future verification purposes if necessary.
3. I work on a first-pay-first-serve basis, that is, item would be given to any party who could make their payment first.
4. Buyer would accept that there may be slight colour differences from the product picture with the actual product due to the differing colour resolution of individual's settings.
5. Without any exceptions, seller would not be held responsible for any loss of purchases through normal mail. However, due responsibility would be made before mailing out of item. Registered mail is strongly encouraged to minimize unwanted disputes.
6. Normal postage are inclusive in selling price while an additional $2.24 would be required for registered mail.
7. You would be listed as a deadbuyer if you (1) went missing after making an enquiry; (2) failed to make your payment within the stipulated time frame without any notifications.
8. All deadbuyers would be banned from making any purchases in the future.
9. No reservations are to be made.
10. Upon confirming your purchases with Lovemyjunks, it is deemed that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
